What Does Thndr AI Do?

We are a team of engineers, compliance experts, and former regulators united by a single conviction: the organisations that will win the AI era are not those that deploy AI fastest, they are those that deploy AI that people can trust.

Our team has built ML infrastructure at Tier-1 banks, written AI policy frameworks adopted by regulatory bodies, and shipped AI products used by millions of people. We founded Thndr AI because the governance infrastructure we needed didn't exist, so we built it.

We're a remote-first company with people across San Francisco, London, Stockholm, and Nairobi. We are deliberate about building a team that reflects the diversity of the industries we serve and the global nature of AI regulation itself.
